The LA-based DJ and producer’s first release of 2024 has seen him return to Above & Beyond’s deep house imprint.
Raised in Washington, DC, a city invariably considered the hidden heart of house and techno in the United States, and now based in LA, Enamour’s deep passion for exploration and his ever-evolving tastes has ensured his undeniable global presence in the electronic space, with releases on some of the most exciting house and techno labels.
Enamour’s music has never been pigeonholed in any one genre – with each new exploration as technical as the next – a reflection of his musical upbringing combined with the prowess of a seasoned producer. For his first release of 2024, the LA-based producer and DJ return to Anjunadeep with his third EP on the label, a three-track release titled ‘Brush The Dust Off Your Soul EP.’
The title track is a long-awaited feature from Anjunadeep 14, first premiered in April 2023 as part of the flagship label compilation series. ‘Brush The Dust Off Your Soul’ is an odyssey of a track, comprising crescendos of arpeggios and evocative melodies.
This is followed by ‘Crystallized;’ a driving progressive house track featuring the vocals of Run Rivers, who fans may recognize from features on ‘Lost’ and ‘Vanishing’ on Tinlicker’s acclaimed 2019 album ‘This Is Not Our Universe’. Last but by no means least, Enamour rounds off the EP in fine fashion with the steady closer ‘The Quieter You Are;’ a rolling deep house cut featuring suspenseful strings and de-tuned melodies.
The release comes off the back of a busy 2023 touring schedule for the LA-based artist, with multiple dates across the year in the US, Europe, Mexico, India, Vietnam and Australia. Enamour’s hit Anjunadeep EP ‘Say Hello’ has been streamed over 14.5 million times since its 2021 release, and across his music career, he has been supported by Danny Howard and Pete Tong of BBC Radio 1, as well as SiriusXM Chill and tastemaker DJs like Eelke Kleijn, Lane 8, Gorgon City and Joris Voorn.
Enamour – ‘Brush The Dust Off Your Soul EP’ is out now via Anjunadeep.
