September 21’s live performance shapes up with the Costa Rican sister act Malakita firing up the console, flanked by Puerto Vallarta-bred Joaquin Estrada and Russian DJ Ermakova. Malakita are on quite a run in their career so far, orchestrating dance sessions with audiences at the Ocaso Festival, Labyrinto and Envision Festival in Costa Rica, Tierra De Los Muertos Festival in Mexico as well as an All Night Long presentation for A Flor De Piel x Malakita at Perozah, Garza, CR. Attendees looking to partake in this upcoming costal shindig at Majahuitas, can prepare for Malakita and stream up to five hours of their wholesome mixes on Soundcloud including their set at Envision 2024.
Born in Toluca and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Joaquín Estrada is no stranger to Playa Majahuitas. Estrada began his deck wizardry by experimenting with progressive house, psychedelic full-on, and progressive trance before pinning down his sets with, deep house, funky house, and tech house beats. At Majahuitas, Joaquín has previously supported the likes of Tomer, Kasango, Einmusik, Jimi Jules, and HVOB.
Rounding the line-up for the evening is Ermakova, who has lit up multiple venues during her visit to Mexico, discharging heaps of house, electronica, afro house, progressive house, and indie dance rhythms.
Also rolling in September and carpeting the dancefloor with droves of melodic house, melodic techno, deep dance, and indie house pulsations at Majahuitas are the likes of Mita Gami, Rodriguez JR, Sainte Vie, Emir Ortiz, and Soloiist, coupled with an immensely talented support card.
