In a first, BLOND:ISH is confirmed to begin her residency at the iconic Pacha Ibiza this May, making her the only woman to do so in the club’s 50-year history.
After announcing residencies with Solomun, Mau P, and ANOTR, White Isle’s hottest club Pacha unveiled the dates for BLOND:ISH’s forthcoming residency at the venue. The Canadian producer/DJ will be bringing her Abracadabra party to Pacha Ibiza for eleven Wednesdays from May 21 – July 30, 2025. Known to unleash hypnotic house music sets that have made ravers groove all over the world, BLOND:ISH will now exhibit her skills from behind the deck at Pacha.
“Everything is a process never give up… Abracadabra @ Pacha Ibiza every Wednesday May 21-July 30. Finally got my chance at an Ibiza residency and you’re gonna be a part of it. This didn’t happen overnight for me, or for most of us. But my drive to bring music with pure intention has been heard. This is for the dreamers ;)” BLOND:ISH shared on Instagram. “And you have one mission… get yourself to pacha ibiza this summer on Wednesdays may 21-July 30, we gonna show the island what pure energy like Abracadabra is.”
Vivie-ann Bakos AKA BLOND:ISH is among the most exciting names in EDM. The house music star has taken charge of many sought-after venues and has graced numerous festival stages. She is set to perform EDC Mexico, Lollapalooza Argentina, Lollapalooza Chile, and Lollapalooza Brazil in the coming weeks. Founded in 1973, Pacha Ibiza has never hosted a woman as a resident, making BLOND:ISH the first-ever female artist to have a residency at the renowned club.
“A residency is a place where you can create and iterate on a consistent basis, and you learn from the previous weeks. We don’t just have one chance; you have people coming to see you every week, and you learn from the people a week before, so by the middle of the residency it’s this crazy snowball effect of what we want to do,” Vivie-ann Bakos says as per Billboard. ‘And the reason we do this party goes back to helping people live their best life. Without speaking about it, we show people through the music how to create their own magic.”
