The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival will welcome attendees with a brand new and cutting-edge 360° experience stage and has announced the names of the acts that will take charge of this Infinity Stage.
Scheduled for June 12 – 15, 2025, the four-day mega showcase of music will be held at the Great Stage Park in Manchester, Tennessee. Bonnaroo is getting ready for its 23rd edition, bringing in a massive treat for its attendees this year. The festival has now announced a new 360° experience stage called Infinity, with state-of-the-art technology. Providing an experience like no other at Bonnaroo, this stage is produced in tandem with Polygon Live, a tech and music company, in an open-air space with three domes.
“You hear people talk a lot about 360 stages, which is simply where the artist is in the middle and the crowd is fully in a circle around them. This is really the opposite of that. The artist is on the traditional stage and the sound itself is encapsulating around you,” says Brad Parker, festival director at C3, as per The Tennessean. “So, at a traditional concert, the sound is all coming at you mostly from the front. It’s hitting you from one direction. 3D sound takes us to a whole other level where the sound can hit you from any direction at any movement and is going to move around from where you’re hearing it. Different pieces, whether it’s the vocal, the guitar, the drums, those are kind of going to hover around you.”
The line-up for Bonnaroo’s highly anticipated Infinity Stage features Of The Trees and Tape B going to play a B2B set on Thursday, alongside DJ set from Rebecca Black, Tinzo + Jojo, PARISI, and Tractorbeam. June 13 will see Experts Only Takeover, with the complete line-up yet to be revealed.
Mary Droppinz, Blacklizt, musician Saxsquatch, Cameron Winter, Levity, Melt, and a DJ set from Colorado’s electronic hip-hop and jazz duo Big Gigantic have been confirmed for Saturday. The final day of the festival will bring Photay, Zingara, singer-songwriter and producer Washed Out, Arooj Aftab, and Post Sex Nachos to its immersive Infinity stage.
