French DJ and producer OXIA, widely regarded as one of the most influential names in the international electronic music landscape, has unveiled his long-awaited third studio album ‘Aelle’ via Diversions Music. Known for his refined touch and ability to bridge emotional depth with club energy, OXIA’s new project arrives as a culmination of years of evolution and artistic exploration.
Following the success of his 2025 singles ‘Presence’ and ‘Colors of Life,’ along with the forthcoming ‘Silk & Fur,’ ‘Aelle’ brings together twelve intricately crafted tracks that reflect the producer’s instinct for melody, rhythm, and atmosphere. Spread across twelve tracks, the album unfurls a rich sonic landscape where hypnotic grooves meet elegant melodies, and moments of euphoric intensity are balanced with passages of quiet, contemplative beauty.
Reflecting on the creative process, OXIA shared that, much like his earlier projects, he approached this album without constraints, allowing inspiration to dictate its course- “As with my previous albums, I let my creativity run free once again, without setting limits. I wanted to bring together everything I love about electronic music – groove, melodies, emotion, intensity – and blend them with calmer, more reflective tracks.”
Musically, ‘Aelle’ moves through a diverse terrain of moods and tones. It delivers groove-laden, melodic journeys such as ‘Nuance’ and ‘Faces,’ explores ethereal, emotion-infused atmospheres on tracks like ‘Calling the Sun’ and ‘Saisons,’ and embraces moments of haunting melancholy with pieces like ‘Aerial.’ The title track itself, along with compositions such as ‘A Special Day’ and ‘Run,’ reflect OXIA’s signature ability to effortlessly traverse the space between vibrant club-oriented energy and deeper emotional storytelling.
