Spanning eight countries and celebrating a decade-long career, SMX World Tour is one of the most ambitious international tours by an Indian hip-hop act.
After performing to sold-out crowds across Australia and in Singapore in April, one of India’s most successful hip-hop crews, Seedhe Maut, are all set to conquer the United Kingdom, North America and Europe on their upcoming SMX World Tour. Executed independently alongside DL91, the Seedhe Maut SMX World Tour marks the duo’s first-ever world tour, spanning twenty-three dates across Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America.
Following the success of their milestone SMX 10 Years of Seedhe Maut tour, which saw 60,000 tickets sold across eleven Indian cities last year, the duo has seen an equally fervent response globally. Shows in Chicago, Frankfurt, Melbourne, San Francisco, and Toronto were fully booked before the tour officially commenced.
The duo, comprising MC Calm and Encore ABJ, also accumulated a billion streams in 2025 across all platforms. This monumental feat of reach and resonance underscores their undeniable influence and culture-shifting impact on the Indian music landscape.
This world tour is the biggest by an Indian hip-hop act and kicked off in April 2026 with five raucous shows across Australia. It will now travel to major cities like London and major North American cities, including New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto, before the final leg of shows in Paris, Amsterdam and Frankfurt.
SMX represents 10 years of Seedhe Maut as an act, a decade of brotherhood, language-defying lyricism, and culture-shifting impact. “This tour is bigger than just shows,” says Seedhe Maut, adding, “It’s about carrying our language, our stories, and our people across borders. Ten years of brotherhood, struggle, and love and now we take it worldwide.” They will play iconic venues such as Sony Hall in New York, KOKO in London, and The Lodge Room in Los Angeles.
The world tour performance will feature a two-hour, career-spanning live show that traces the duo’s evolution from underground disruptors to one of the most influential voices in contemporary Indian music.
Seedhe Maut has also become the first Indian hip-hop act to mount a global tour of this scale entirely independently, without the backing of a major international promoter or global booking agency, which is a proud achievement for Mo Joshi, founder of DL91.
