We accept credit card payments, PayPal, or a payment plan (available in select countries). If you’re on a mobile device, we also offer Apple Pay.

In addition to these payment methods, we also offer a Referral Rewards Program, where you can earn discounts  - or even a free ticket - when your friends purchase a ticket using your unique referral link. After purchase of your ticket you will receive a confirmation email with your QR code in an attached PDF. Please bring this QR code, along with a valid-government issued ID matching the ticket name to the wristband pickup desk. 

All ticket prices will increase by $10 on August 2nd.

All ages are welcome. If you're under 18, a parent/guardian consent form is required after ticket purchase.

You can pick up your wristband during the following hours: 

• Oct 16: 12pm - 8pm
• Oct 17: 9am - 7pm
• Oct 18: 9am - 7pm
• Oct 19: 9am - 3pm

Wristbands:

• Must be worn for the full duration of your ticket
• Cannot be loosened once secured
• Are not-transferable
