Refund Policy


There are no refunds, credits or exchanges on any tickets. This applies to events which have been postponed and still await rescheduling. Ticket Fairy's fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

However, exceptions may apply if an Event Organizer chooses to enable Ticket Fairy Resale (“TF Resale”) in lieu of a refund, so as to recirculate tickets no longer able to be used by the existing ticket holder. If TF Resale is enabled for your Event, an option to sell your ticket(s) may be made available to you within My Tickets. In some cases, this option will become available at a later date, prior to the date of the Event.

Where a Ticket has been resold via TF Resale, the original ticket holder is eligible for a refund of the face value component of their original ticket purchase, subject to the payment of a Resale Fee to cover administrative costs.

Obtaining a refund for a cancelled or postponed event

Where an Event has been postponed, it is the Event Organizer’s sole responsibility to publish its plans for any new date(s) and changes to the Event’s programming, venue, timings, and terms. Event Organizers may also choose to offer discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis.

The Event Organizer will notify ticket holders of a cancelled or postponed Event by email and/or via their official website, or social media accounts. They will outline the options available to ticket holders who cannot attend the new date. Unless the Event terms specifically state otherwise, where no rescheduling is intended and only once Ticket Fairy has received official confirmation of this from the Event Organizer, Ticket Fairy will be able to trigger a refund instruction upon the Event Organizer’s account. This may be to issue a partial or full face value refund back to the payment card used for purchase. All refunds, for any reason or circumstance, are the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer. Ticket Fairy's fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Where a refund has been issued, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time purchase. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to credit back to your card, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Additional Terms

Ticket Fairy’s Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on or via, subject to the exclusion of specific terms around refunds, where an Event Organizer chooses to apply a bespoke refund policy for an Event. In such cases, any superseding terms will be shown at the time of purchase and will override only related terms otherwise provided by Ticket Fairy. In no circumstances will an Event Organizer’s bespoke refund policy be valid where they are intended to shift liability for refunds, of any kind, to Ticket Fairy.
