Live music venue booking agency Interstellar is bringing soft-rock band Big Wheels to Newtown in Australia as part of their debut tour of the country! Big Wheels are set to appear at Bootleggers (Kelly’s on King) as part of their ongoing ‘Hurricane Therapy’ Tour 2023 on Friday, June 16, 2023. Tickets for the final show of Big Wheels’ debut Australia tour are up for grabs at The Ticket Fairy.

“IT’S TOUR TIME BABYY ??So bloody pumped to be on the road this May/June doing a number of dates up and down the Oz Coastline ?? Jumping on a bunch of rock shows with the legends that are @dice_theband as well as a SOLD OUT @spacedoutfest in Brisbane with a newly added 2nd date,” Big Wheels shared on Instagram.
They continued: “also gonna be our first ever time in (r)ADELAIDE ? 2 shows there are gonna be nuts ? and our first ever hometown headliner in SYDNEY June 16!!”

Twelve tour dates were announced at the end of April, with the outfit kicking off their Big Wheels ‘Hurricane Therapy’ Tour 2023 on May 11 at Burleigh Bazaar. They also took the Spaced Out Festival stage in Brisbane as part of the tour.
Big Wheels have made an excellent name for themselves with their terrific songwriting and outstanding music. They have also been on support duties for the likes of Pacific Avenue, singer/songwriter Jack Botts, and indie pop band San Cisco. Last year, they debuted a live studio performance of their 2022 single ‘Chain of Fire’ on ABC’s ‘Frankly’ a talk show with Fran Kelly.
The Sydney-based band offered two wonderful tunes this year, releasing ‘Colourblind’ this February and rolling out ‘Hurricane Therapy’ the following month. Big Wheels’ music has also been played on the Australian radio station Triple-J and aired on MTV Australia.
