Renowned rapper 50 Cent is returning to Mumbai, India, after 15 years! The fourteen-time Grammy-nominated star is set to perform at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai as part of his global The Final Lap Tour 2023.
The rapper, entrepreneur, actor, and television producer Curtis James Jackson III AKA 50 Cent took to social media to announce this tour stop, saying: “What’s up India! I’m coming your way to Mumbai on November 25th for The Final Lap Tour. Pre-Register your tickets: 50CENT.com.” He also added more to it in a video, saying, “Namaste, India! It’s your boy 50, I’ve got crazy news for you. I’m coming to Mumbai, India in November. It’s going down, the Final Lap Tour.”

50 Cent’s concert at DY Patil in Mumbai, which can house 55,000 attendees, will “feature supporting performances by globally renowned Indian and international hip-hop & urban acts,” according to Insider. Rapper Busta Rhymes and ‘Birthday Sex’ hitmaker Jeremih will be accompanying the iconic rapper at many of his shows across the globe.
This tour kicks off on July 21 in Salt Lake City, Utah, with stops in Brooklyn, Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, Calgary, and more before the European and the UK leg of the tour that commences in September. The rapper will head to Australia after his show in Mumbai for the Australia and New Zealand leg of ‘The Final Lap Tour.’ He will be stopping in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Auckland, Adelaide, and Brisbane.
‘The Final Lap Tour’ commemorates 20 years of the hip-hop star’s iconic debut album ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin” which gave us hits like ‘21 Questions,’ ‘In Da Club,’ and ‘P.I.M.P.’ 50 Cent has sold over 30 million albums worldwide and scored thirteen top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100. He has won two MTV Video Music Awards, one Emmy, one Brit, and thirteen Billboard Music Awards. He is also the executive producer of ‘Power Ghost II: Ghost’ on Starz.
