Singapore’s annual dance dusk-to-dawn music festival ZoukOut is all set to mark its 20th anniversary this year. Penciled for December 2 and 3, 2023, the celebrations will stem from the stunning beachfront at Siloso Beach, Singapore. The spectacle will usher in an unmatched celebration of two decades of bringing people together, offering a phenomenal showcase of music, dance, and culture.
After a three-year hiatus, Asia’s longest-running dance music festival returns for a second consecutive year after making its triumphant comeback in 2022. Presented by OCBC, ZoukOut 2023 was announced in July of this year, with presale tickets selling out in the first week of August. Headliners announced thus far include Alesso, Martin Garrix, Illenium, Joji, Australian music producer Fisher, Staten Island’s ACRAZE, and Shanghai-based DJ Carta. With the full line-up reveal still pending, fans can certainly speculate on which artist will show up on the card. For the moment, dance music hotshots #Blink and DJ Wasback are also chalked in on the roaster.
ZoukOut also marks Japan-born singer and auteur Joji’s debut performance in Singapore. He is presently on his Pandamium World Tour, which has been an enormous hit. His recent concert on October 8 at the Los Angeles Crypto Arena drew 20,000 fans. Following his ongoing North American tour that will take him to Vancouver, Portland, Chicago, Toronto, Washington, Atlanta, Orlando, and more, Joji will embark on the New Zealand/Australia and Asia leg of the tour in November, halting at Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Bangkok, Manila, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, among other cities.
The critically acclaimed artist is slated to perform a live set on December 2 at ZoukOut 2023 in Singapore. Known for his hits like ‘SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK,’ ‘Glimpse of Us,’ ‘Die For You,’ and ‘YEAH RIGHT,’ Joji has rolled out a delectable catalog of chart-topping records, including his most recent album, ‘SMITHEREENS,’ in 2022.
