Afropop, R&B, and dance hall Ghanaian singer Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, who goes by MzVee, ventures on a multi-country tour spanning Papua New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. She debuts her Destiny Tour in the land down under, with multiple shows announced for November and December 2023. Listed so far are shows in Brisbane, Melbourne, Cairns, Sydney, Port Moresby, Wailoaloa, and Auckland, with more dates yet to be added. Jump in for an exciting showcase featuring chart-topping vocalist MzVee, recognized for her spirited performances and captivating stage presence, at Wonderland in Brisbane. MzVee’s Destiny Tour arrives on the back of the solo artists’ latest single, ‘Destiny,’ released in September 2023. The musician also celebrated a decade of being an artist in 2022 and marked this milestone with the release of her fifth album, ’10 Thirty.’
Attendees can look forward to grooving to MzVee’s well-received singles ‘Sing My Name,’ ‘Come and See My Moda,’ ‘Natural Girl,’ ‘Destiny,’ and more! Queensland-based independent artist Tali joins MzVee on this leg of the tour. Her music styles encompass Afrobeats, R&B, indie pop, house, and garage. Tali released her debut single ‘Night & Day’ in 2021, with her subsequent releases ‘Give Me More’ and ‘Moment’ gaining a wide reception on Spotify.
The show commences Friday, November 17, from 10 PM onwards at the popular nightlife haven Wonderland on 633 Ann St, Fortitude Valley. DJ Quest, DJ iLLCHAYS, and Wreckah are all reeled in on support duties! Early bird tickets are out now!
