British dance/pop sensation Dario Darnell aka Youngr marks his AUS/NZ debut with six shows announced thus far. Youngr’s tour kicks off on November 30 in Perth, Australia, followed by a run of live shows in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne, as well as an appearance at the Subsonic Music Festival in Monkerai. His lone scheduled concert in New Zealand is in Auckland for AUM’s festival launch. Attendees at this performance are in for a spectacular evening as the genre-fluid artist brings his live music production set on stage.
The singer/songwriter was thrilled to announce his tour down under, sharing on social media: “I can’t believe I’m finally headed to Australia and New Zealand. It’s been a long time coming and it’s safe to say I’m beyond excited!”
Raising the temperature on support duties, AUM has reeled in multidisciplinary psychedelic disco punk queen Patsy Skeet, who will also be seen at the year-ending AUM New Year Festival. House music aficionado Philippa McIntyre aka Philippa also gets behind the deck at this showcase; she recently showed her production prowess by remixing Fat Freddy’s Drop’s ‘Bones’ from their Blackbird Returns album.
