Catch DJ Example At An Exclusive Show In Auckland On April 13

April 13, 2024, will see Kiwi drum & bass elite SUB180 haul in English hip-hop/EDM megastar and festival regular Elliot Gleave, best known as Example, head to Auckland’s Studio The Venue for a one-night-only special showcase. The singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer is also tapped in to produce an exclusive 30-minute soundcheck performance at this show. Example heads to Auckland on the back of his latest music drop ‘RUN,’ a rattling electro banger featuring lush vocals from Nuala with production courtesy of James Angus and KANINE. Attendees can also look forward to a multi-genre buffet girdled with Example’s music catalog, including singles ‘Kickstarts,’ ‘Changed the Way You Kissed Me,’ ‘All Night,’ and ‘Won’t Go Quietly.’

Flocking around Example, and warming up the dance floor is a bevy of beatmakers, including Auckland and Hamilton-based DJ Kenzo, Deep Notion (Adam Cooper) with DnB MC Moz, and members of the Coastal Collective. Open format DJ Jessie Furner under the alias HENRI, Mathias Thompson aka Taiga, and Justin Tsoi (best known as Ciko) are also locked in for the concert. Taiga and Ciko are chalked in to produce an epic b2b set to open the show!

SUB180 are set for colossal-sized concerts with Austria’s Camo & Krooked, Hospital Records’s P Money x Whiney and Degs, Belgium music producer Bassstripper, Example from the UK, etc., all darting to New Zealand in the coming months.
