SD Union rampages toward its fourteenth-anniversary hauling in drum & bass bigwigs Andromedik, Degs, and Unglued for this mammoth celebration! Renowned for congregating some of the most sought-after DnB producers around the world in California, SD Union marches on to the three-story Spin Nightclub in San Diego on December 6, 2024, to memorialize their fourteenth years of operations. Announced back in October, early bird tickets and tier-one passes have already sold out to the concert that welcomes two SD Union debutants. Belgium’s Andromedik (Axel Demarbaix), who dabbles in DnB, Neurofunk, halftime, and drumstep makes his first appearance at United by Bass’ SD Union headling the showcase, after recently igniting the stage at Tomorrowland, Brazil, and also flaring out his newest single ‘Stone’ (featuring vocalist Sarah De Warren). Post this concert, the DJ and producer tours the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands before making an appearance at the year-ending FCKNYE Festival in Belgium.
Brighton-based DnB producer Joshua Brown, best known as Unglued, will be the second artist to make his SD Union bow, billed alongside his Hospital Records stablemate Degs. The duo recently enjoyed a sell-out tour of New Zealand in May of this year, following which Unglued dropped his second album ‘What On Earth’ in July. Singer, rapper, and writer MC Degs meanwhile returns to SD Union after performing at the Day Dream showcase in April 2024.
Joining the starry cast of headliners at Area 1 of this shindig is a strong support pack comprised of Brandon Garva, junglist Charles Rebellion, SD Union’s MC Ridda, and MC Subliminal. Area 2 pours out a takeover from the folks at Pirate Panda, featuring deck magicians at 4 AM, marketing porpoises, and Wisteria. The show kicks off at 9 PM onwards with sound enforced by Dark Matter Loudspeakers.
