Hailing from Egypt, Aly & Fila have brought their craft to a global scale and have gained recognition from some big names in the dance music realm. They’ve joined forces with the likes of Armin van Buuren and Paul van Dyk to create dancefloor bangers such as ‘For All Time’ and ‘Guardian – Escape Mix,’ respectively.
Whilst producing hair-raising tracks, Aly & Fila also started other journeys in EDM, such as starting an internet radio show called Future Sound of Egypt, which has seen about 900 episodes. The show helped highlight and build a fan base for both emerging as well as seasoned electronic music artists in Egypt. Three years later, in 2009, the duo composed of Aly El Sayed Amr Fathalah and Fadi Wassef Naguib, launched Future Sound of Egypt Recordings.
Having fostered emerging talents and played at renowned venues, Aly & Fila have also graced a number of top-tier music festivals, including Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, Creamfields, Ultra Music Festival, and more. They made an appearance at A State Of Trance in Rotterdam, Beyond Wonderland, and will be heading to Cheshire, England, for Creamfields 2025 on August 22. Aly & Fila have solidified their status as trance music heavyweights, who will now take over LooLoo Studio in Mexico City.
