The last time we spoke with Mumbai-based DJ and producer DNKLE, he talked us through his production process and stated, “I sculpt sounds that feel like they’re breathing, not just playing. I also let silence speak where it needs to.”
On the heels of this interview, his career and label, GITA Recordings, continue to balloon at an accelerated pace. The techno savant has now released his third single of 2025, titled ‘Pressure.’ This nearly six-minute-long melodic techno concoction finds its roots in defiance, resistance and personal truths.
As per the press note, this creamy and techy outing dives deep into the emotional journey of feeling underestimated and transforms the sting of rejection into a powerful force, radiating raw and unfiltered energy.
DNKLE grapples with smooth pumping percussions, pristine vocal sequences, and driving dance rhythms on this one while also stitching his unfiltered energy and signature intensity into the fold. The melody opens with snare and drum-like marks and bites onto an electro-riddled dance beat right through. It is designed with a soothing interlude segment that marks a tranquil shift in tone.
