Nitansha Confidently Strolls Into House Music Territory

New Delhi-based singer-songwriter Nitansha has reshaped her 2021 pop outing, ‘Mess It Up.’

Teaming up with regular fixture, indie/experimental producer BaddMint, they morph the bassy, synth-driven production into an infectious house mix, ‘Mess It Up (Dance Mix).’

By unshackling this piano-house-soaked banger, Nitansha points to DJs and selectors toward a club-ready mix primed to ignite dance arenas the world over. ‘Mess It Up (Dance Mix)’ retains Nitansha’s assertive, lush vocal chops and swirls in lively key stabs to concoct an entrancing dance beat.

Onto this rendition, the pair fastens playful, uplifting sonic shifts while also dabbling with bass-heavy intensity and effervescent tech-house grooves. In Nitansha’s words, “From reflecting on mistakes in love to turning vulnerability into celebration, the song captures the feeling of letting go and moving forward.”

Its original artwork, too, gets a fresh look, brushed over with a hue of pink.
