Akhil Garg – ‘Les Gobelins’
‘Les Gobelins’ is a warm and gentle piano piece inviting a listener to wander the streets of Paris through its composer, Akhil Garg. The Delhi-based pianist, composer and music educator has been recognized and awarded at the inaugural WAVES (summit) 2025 in Mumbai and won the esteemed Create in India Challenge. He has been learning, playing and teaching the keys for the last two decades, and his skills have led him to a Europe tour in 2026 in cities including Paris and Berlin, and that is how ‘Les Gobelins’ was born.
The track’s evocative melody is nostalgic, and its cinematic tune is a reflection of the beauty, architecture, and elegance of the capital city of France. It is a part of a project that has inspired the Meerut-born neoclassical pianist to compose a piece for every city he played in during his Euro Tour. “Les Gobelins is inspired by the streets of Paris and particularly the subway station as it was closest to my apartment, I visited it frequently and have fond memories with it,” says Akhil Garg.
He explained how the track came about in an announcement post on Instagram that read: “Earlier this year, I walked through the streets of Paris, performed, listened, observed, and carried home a melody that stayed with me long after the trip ended. Les Gobelins is a piano piece inspired by those moments—by the atmosphere, the architecture, and the feeling of discovering a city through music.”
His last musical offering is ‘Watlz of a one legged man‘ released in September 2025, which has racked up over ten thousand plays on Spotify.

Ankur Tewari – ‘1:15 AM (After Hours)’
‘1:15 AM (After Hours)’ is a fitting soundtrack for that excited furor as you go about in the city with friends and rejoice in the camaraderie, familiar streets, unplanned and unresolved moments, the stillness in the noise, and the late-night rendezvous as you travel the empty streets back home. Singer-songwriter, lyricist and composer Ankur Tewari’s voice and storytelling cut through the steady stroke of electric guitar, prominent basslines and drums.
Giving an insight into the track, Ankur says, “’1:15 AM (After Hours)’ is about the noise we surround ourselves with when we don’t want to sit alone with our thoughts. It’s the city, the friends, the music and the movement — all the things that help us postpone a conversation with ourselves. That’s where Mr. Faarigh begins.”
‘Mr. Faarigh’ is the upcoming album of Ankur Tewari, which includes the newly released single, ‘1:15 AM (After Hours).’ Stated as “his most personal record to date,” ‘Mr. Faarigh’ readjusts the emotional weight of procrastination and unfinished work into a human process of embracing the imperfect and the process.

Rahul Advani – ‘How Do I Love?’
Singer-songwriter Rahul Advani returns with an 80s-influenced, energetic pop track, ‘How Do I Love?’ Spawned from a period of soul searching during the pandemic’s peak, the single masterfully lays bare the vulnerability of navigating change, confusion and doubt.
‘How Do I Love?’ channels the quintessential essence of Michael Jackson’s rhythmic guitar and the percussive influence of Phil Collins, made exceptional with the inclusion of Indian classical instruments such as the ghatam and mridangam played by Vinod Ramanarayanan along with Amal Varghese’s salient violin work.
“I wrote this song during a difficult time, looking everywhere for answers in a world that didn’t seem to have any. Somewhere in that search, this song found me,” Rahul shared on social media. ‘How Do I Love?’ marks the beginning of many upcoming single rollouts by the singer-songwriter in 2026.

EDYONTHEBEAT – ‘You + Me (with Myshaan)’
A smooth, romantic R&B track with catchy lyrics and a steady rhythm is the latest single ‘You + Me (with Myshaan)’ by EDYONTHEBEAT for his sophomore record, “i’m just a producer.” The Auckland-based producer Edward Liu, who goes by the moniker EDYONTHEBEAT, reunites with Brisbane-based Maori and Pacific soul/R&B independent singer-songwriter Myshaan on the song. EDYONTHEBEAT worked with Myshaan on the latter’s six-track EP ‘My Love’ late last year, and it was around this same time that Liu was working on his second album.
