The Flow Dance Competition is back this September for a 2nd year and it’s time for all these amazing dancers to get the chance to perform on stage, push themselves and rep their people whether that’s their studio, school crew or just a few mates who love to dance. All levels and ages are welcome. This comp was created in honour of my mum, Michele Curtis, who always pushed me to make this happen. After losing her, I realised life’s too short to be waiting around, so we’re doing it properly, with a bigger venue, bigger categories & bigger energy. From Solos to Mega Crews and a single solid workshop from 11:00am- 12:30pm to level up, there’s something for everyone. Flow Dance Competition is being hosted on Saturday September 5th 2026.

Our workshop will be held by KYRA AOAKE
Time - 11:00am-12:30am
Woekshop location: 41 Golf Avenue, Ōtāhuhu, Enter Through GATE A for workshop, parking wiill be on the left as soon as you enter the gate
COMPETITION LOCATION:
Kings College, Otahuhu, at the GREAT HALL
Enter through Gate D off Hospital road opposite/near the Middlemore train station.
Parking to the right as soon as you drive in and if car park is full ask serurity where to go.
Follow the signs that will lead you to the GREAT HALL
