Following the NZ Government's announcement to move into the Red Traffic Light system, we are devastated to announce the cancellation of The Great Kiwi Beer Festival, just 5 days out!
 
We are truly sorry this news has come so late in the piece. We understand many of you have had travel plans & arrangements locked in for some time. This is a devasting loss not only to the larger events industry but to all the breweries, food vendors, staff and sponsors who were deep in preparation for the weekend ahead.
 
Thank you all for your ongoing support and understanding during these uncertain and difficult times.
 
WHAT HAPPENS FROM HERE
All tickets automatically roll over to next summer's festival which is taking place on SATURDAY 28th JANUARY 2023 - Nothing changes and all tickets remain valid!
 
Keeping your ticket will give you exclusive access to giveaways and prizes throughout the year. Bring on 2023!
 
From this Wednesday 26th January at 12pm, those of you who do not wish to simply hold on to your tickets, will be able to login and claim your refund. This window will stay open until Monday 21st February. Please head to ticketfairy.com to access your account. Here you’ll find the refund option next to your order.
 
Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to clear into your nominated bank account.

Staged in Christchurch's Hagley Park in the height of Summer, the festival plays host to more than forty breweries, hailing from the far north to the deep south and everywhere in between.
