A final gathering to close the season through movement, breath, sauna, music and community.
The evening begins with a restorative flow guided by Ray and Paulina, focused on slowing down, releasing tension and reconnecting with the body. Expect intentional movement, grounding breath, hands-on adjustments and an extended moment of deep rest.
Ray brings a calm, grounded presence to the practice, creating space for the body to soften and arrive. Paulina, movement guide and facilitator behind Free Your Mind, weaves yoga, breathwork and embodied awareness into sessions that invite presence, release and a quiet return to self.
After the movement session, the evening opens into a more social atmosphere with free-flow access to the MeltHaus Sauna Bus, drinks, healthy food and music by Manekii.
Manekii is a Mexican DJ known for organic sets that respond to the energy of the moment. Her sound moves through house, deep house, indie dance, downtempo, tribal house and acid house, creating warm, textured atmospheres that can move from introspection into dance.
This is not a regular class.
It is a soft closing for the season: breathe, move, sweat, eat, connect and stay for the music.

ABOUT MELTHAUS
MELTHAUS is a converted school bus transformed into a fully integrated mobile sauna experience — heat, showers, and the ocean just steps away.
On selected Sundays, additional facilitators may join before or alongside the sauna session — including yoga, ice baths, handstand workshops, breathwork, or other practices.

We’re closer than you think — we’re located just outside San José del Cabo’s downtown (5 minutes), inside Puerto Los Cabos. The venue is only 15 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport, making it easy for both locals and international travelers.
Arriving is simple:
- By car → we offer on-site parking right next to the venue.
- By Uber or taxi → direct drop-off & pickup at our entrance.
