Hey everyone!
We’re about to launch a brand-new series of exciting events inside a live online virtual world, and we need your help to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Before we open the doors to the public, we’re running a beta testing event, and we’re looking for 25 volunteers to join us for a simple one-hour test session. In return, we have a free gift to thank you for your help...
Event Details
Date: Thursday, 19th February Time: 7:00pm – 8:00pm Location: Online (join from anywhere!)
You can take part using a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. As long as you have a webcam and microphone, you’re good to go! (Laptop or desktop is recommended for the best full-screen experience, but any device works.)
What will happen on the day?
The test is super easy:

At 7pm, you’ll log into our virtual world.

One by one, we’ll ask participants to turn on their webcams and microphones.

This allows us to test how many live video and audio feeds the system can handle at once.

We’ll monitor performance and identify any glitches so we can fine-tune everything before launch.
That’s it!
We expect the test to take less than an hour, but we’ve scheduled a full hour just in case we need extra time.

This beta session is purely a technical performance test. No speed dating or social interaction will be required on this date – just helping us stress-test the system!
