- When boarding, you'll be asked to remove your footwear.

- If you want to tip the crew, make sure it's in cash.

- We accept credit and debit cards; however, we advise you to bring cash.

- Meeting time is 12.30pm at Marina Puerto Xtabay, Cancun. It is very important that you arrive on time because there are no refunds.

- This ticket does not include the dock fee. (Dock Fee is $15.00 USD or $300.00 MXN p/p)
