Authentic Relating is a practice of communicating and connecting in a way that is honest, present, embodied, and emotionally aware.

Through simple guided games and practices you will learn the skills necessary to quickly create deep, meaningful human connection.

You do not need experience. All you need is a willing heart. We would love to have you with us.
