BEFORE THE EVENT, DON'T FORGET : Except in case of event cancellation, no refunds will be issued. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the event booked. You must present valid ID and QR code at the entrance. Only the first valid ticket will be accepted in forgery cases. This event is for people over 18 years old no minors allowed . Access with tickets not corresponding to this event is denied. Event access closes at 12:50 a.m, after doors closes no further access will be allowed. Event ends at 3:00 a.m . We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused tickets. Guestlist: Entry requires QR code and valid ID, Guests without ID will not be allowed to enter, arrivals after 11:00 p.m. must pay a special rate to gain access. Mayan Dinner: Operates at fixed times of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. with a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals outside this timeframe may result in loss of reservation without refund. Payment must be made by the cardholder, who must be present at check-in, show valid ID, and sign the authorization; otherwise, access will be denied.
Resale is prohibited. All tickets have a unique reference number and QR code linked to your account do not share publicly. In any case ID and purchase email may be required for verification. Download your tickets in advance and bring them digitally . Claims refunds cover only base ticket price, excluding taxes and fees. Forbidden items include glass/sharp objects, fireworks, flares, torches, illegal/controlled substances (including psychoactive), alcoholic beverages, nitrous oxide, pets, kites/extendable flagpoles, portable lasers, selfie sticks, drones, professional filming gear, aerosols, megaphones, horns, and any potential weapons.
