Each edition of Ritmo Lunar is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and experience the lunar cycle through an immersive wellness journey set within the natural sanctuary of Vesica Santuario.

In this edition we will explore the foundations that support our lives. Inspired by the energy of the Full Moon, this experience offers a path of self-discovery through movement, breathwork, creativity, and contemplation, creating space to reflect on what we wish to strengthen and continue cultivating.

Throughout the day, you will take part in a thoughtfully curated program that brings together a variety of wellness practices designed to support nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and a deeper connection with yourself.
