A program that grows slowly and intentionally, one Wednesday at a time, creating moments where people gather, listen, reflect, and let themselves be moved.

THIS EDITION — TEATRO PESCADERO PRESENTS THE PROPHET
We open Miércoles de Cultura with a work that has travelled across countries and touched audiences for over a century:
Kahlil Gibran’s The Prophet, adapted and performed by Teatro Pescadero.
An intimate one-hour performance weaving spoken word, live acoustic music, and the timeless poetry of Gibran.
A journey through love, freedom, joy, sorrow, and the moments that shape us.
A piece that asks us to feel, to listen, and to witness, together.
ABOUT TEATRO PESCADERO
Teatro Pescadero is an international performance collective founded by Mehry Eslaminia and Dillon O’Brian, two world-class artists with Broadway backgrounds (New York credits spanning 2007–2023).
Their work has been performed over 300 times in four countries, often in non-traditional spaces, deserts, courtyards, warehouses, embracing the belief that “all the world’s a stage.”
Rooted in intimacy and presence, Teatro Pescadero creates performances that adapt to each space and each audience, no two nights are ever the same.
Their interpretation of The Prophet has become one of their most celebrated pieces.

We’re closer than you think — we’re located just outside San José del Cabo’s downtown (5 minutes), inside Puerto Los Cabos. The venue is only 15 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport, making it easy for both locals and international travelers.
Arriving is simple:
- By car → we offer on-site parking right next to the venue.
- By Uber or taxi → direct drop-off & pickup at our entrance.
