Watch Dillinja, DRS and Dogger in Auckland on February 18

Roped in by one of New Zealand’s most reputed and long-running event promotion companies, Funzen Entertainment, comes British heavyweights Dillinja and MC DRS, with liquid drum & bass maestro Dogger! This showdown of jungle, grime, and hip-hop will take place at Neck of the Woods in Auckland on February 18 from 10 PM onwards. Purchase your tickets for the event from the Ticket Fairy.

DRS (Delroy Pottinger) joins forces with Dogger (Rob Smith) for an epic tour of Australia and New Zealand, spread across three weeks with stops in eight cities. To mark this tour, the duo also released an exclusive fifty-minute mix titled ‘In Session Vol 1.’ Drum & bass legend and co-founder of Valve Sound System Dillinja (Karl Francis) also sets off for his performances down under. He will link up with DRS and Dogger at multiple gigs during this tour circuit.

Dogger commented about the tour on Instagram, saying, “Buzzin to be going to these two amazing countries for a run of shows with my brother. Can’t wait to hit 8 cities over 3 weeks and come play some music for everyone that’s been waiting. Let’s go.”

DRS weighed in on the same post, declaring: “I’m so excited to announce!! My first ever “ international “ headline tour !! 🛸🛸🛸🛸🛸 DRS in session New Zealand & Australia Tour 2023!! Can’t wait to see you all it’s been a Minute!! I HOPE YOUR READY!!”

The trio was set to pull off a double duty by leading the charge at the Welcome to the Jungle day-long festival, followed by their upcoming show at Auckland-based live event venue Neck of the Woods on February 18. Neck of the Woods, a mainstay in the live music scene in Auckland, has previously hosted the likes of the UK’s Lady Shaka, Aussie trio Planet Vegeta, and Kasra.
