Neil Frances is a Los Angeles-based alternative pop music duo that creates soulful and dance-worthy music that resonates deeply.
 
Their 2018 debut EP, titled "Took A While," showcased their unique fusion of psychedelic rhythms, infectious grooves, and a raw, funky spirit, catapulting Neil Frances onto the music scene.
