Dance Club Pride

Dance Club is a new queer dance party that started in October in 2021 that focuses on local DC talent (DJs, drag performers, and dancers). It’s founded by Joyce Lim (Founder of 1432 R Records and the Extended Family mix series) and Tommy C and Baronhawk (Founders of TNX).

For Pride weekend, Dance Club is back at late-night-spot-favorite Red Room in NE DC. Address will be sent to ticket holders on Friday afternoon.

Joining us as our guest DJ on Friday, June 10th is DC's hometown hero Juana! Juana has done a lot of the heavy lifting to put DC techno on the map. She's a resident DJ of NYC's Unter party, a founder of our new favorite DC party, Noxeema Jackson, and one of our dear friends. We can't wait to have Juana officially join the Dance Club family for Pride!

Hosting Dance Club will be Jane Saw. Jane is a certified rock star in DC and SERVES as the host of Sleaze and Banshee.

Working on lights and fog will be Artemis.

For DC Pride 2022, Dance Club is collaborating with Sleaze (Thursday at DC9), Noxeema Jackson (Saturday at 618 H Street), and Frut/Flower Factory (Sunday at Hi-Lawn) to provide you the perfect weekend schedule of events to go to. Dance Club is the Friday night move, and the party goes from 10pm-6am. Pace yourself for a marathon pride weekend!
