Sound of the Earth

says  “adios” to winter comes March 3rd, 2023, with a latin-tinged lineup featuring a dream pair of Boricuan DJs - the LA stalwart Digital Mami, and up-and-comer Propia Musa, both of whom cross paths with Tribal, Afro-House, Tech-House, R&B and more.

They are joined by the climate-solutionist-indie-yet-uncategorizable group Novel Utopia, LA Hip-hop newcomer David Timothy, funky hip-hop savant Kwasi, and rhythmic genius and experimental drummer BATTERY.

Shoutout to The Oracle Tavern for having us!

At the age of six, David moved to the U.S and by nine began singing in his local church, where his love for music really started to take off. Influenced by Jay-Z, Andy Mineo, and Samm Henshaw, Timothy strives to blend the lyrically charged precision of hip-hop with pop's infectious memorability and danceability. Timothy has been blessed with many opportunities, including garnering 17500+ streams on his latest single, Fast Lane, performing at Stockholms annual culture festival, headlining Abba Museum's Pop House, and Boston’s Cafe 939. He is hitting performance in Los Angeles hard and looking to continue the momentum built on his Boston shows and the success of his latest single. Currently, David is working on his debut EP, set to be released in the coming year.
