Indivibe x Mirage presents Braxton (Anjunadeep)

INCOMING 🇮🇳 We are excited to host a key name in the Anjunadeep family, BRAXTON 🇬🇧 in Bangalore this September.

Braxton has carved out a distinctive sound somewhere between melodic house, progressive grooves and breakbeat, combining atmospheric textures, hypnotic melodies and distinctive percussion. With releases across Anjunadeep, Bedrock Records, Colorize and more, Braxton has built an impressive catalogue and performed around the globe, with collaborations and support from artists including James Grant & Jody Wisternoff, Above & Beyond and Marsh, while also featuring across multiple editions of the Anjunadeep flagship compilations.

Now, we bring him to Bangalore for a  very special night on Saturday, 19th September at Mirage!

REFUND POLICY:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or in the specific circumstances set out below.

• If the event is cancelled by the organiser and is not rescheduled, the organiser will provide a refund in accordance with the applicable refund terms communicated to ticket holders.
• If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled date. The organiser may, at its discretion, offer a refund option and will communicate the applicable refund terms and timeline to ticket holders.
• If the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, delayed, relocated, or materially modified due to circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control, including Force Majeure Events such as extreme weather, heavy rainfall, flooding, natural calamities, government restrictions, civil unrest, acts of God, or other circumstances affecting the safe or lawful conduct of the event, the organiser will determine the applicable ticketing and refund arrangements, subject to applicable law.
• Where the event proceeds as scheduled, tickets are non-refundable regardless of weather conditions, including rain or adverse weather, provided the event is able to proceed safely and lawfully.
• A change in event timings, artist performance timings, supporting artists, lineup, venue, production arrangements, or other event arrangements does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund, provided the event continues to take place. Any refund entitlement in such circumstances will be determined by the organiser, subject to applicable law.
• Refunds may be specifically approved by the organiser in exceptional circumstances, at its sole discretion, upon submission of valid supporting documents or proof. Where an exceptional refund is approved, the organiser reserves the right to determine the refund amount and applicable terms on a case-by-case basis.

Personal circumstances, including illness, injury, family emergencies, travel issues, transportation difficulties, change of plans, inability to attend, or any other reason attributable to the ticket holder do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where a refund is approved or applicable, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund terms, timelines, and procedures communicated by the organiser or the applicable ticketing platform. Any applicable booking, convenience, platform, payment gateway, or other non-refundable charges may be excluded from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a ticket, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and the terms applicable to the event.
