ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Majahuitas is only accesible by boat. Unless you come in your own boat or yacht, go to our check-in points to board our maritime transportation.

Nuevo Vallarta: Vallarta Adventures' check-in point is located at Paseo de las Palmas 39, Nuevo Vallarta. Google Maps link here.
Puerto Vallarta: Vallarta Adventures' check-in point is located at Puerto Mágico (Maritime Terminal), Puerto Vallarta. Google Maps link here.

NOTE:

  • Please note that a valid photo ID will be required upon entry to the event.
  • Please be aware that you must be at the check-in point 30 minutes before departure.
  • Boarding will be closed 10 minutes before departure time.
  • In case of rain, the event moves to a covered location on our premises. There are no refunds for cancelation or no-shows.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before the event are subject to a 10% charge for administrative expenses.
    No changes or refunds apply in case of a no-show, arriving late, or canceling within 48 hours of the event.

Access with food, drinks, drugs, illegal substances, electronic cigarettes, weapons or sharp objects is not allowed.
