For six unforgettable days, Obonjan Island belongs entirely to us—an intimate sanctuary in Croatia where every moment is curated to celebrate presence, deep human connection, and the joy of unbridled freedom.

From May 19 to May 25, 2026, the island is ours. Obonjan transforms into a playground of music, movement, and epic performances from world-class artists across every modality. Rituals of connection meet long table feasts, poolside mischief, and late-night adventures that blur the line between festival and family.
This is Pan, a living experiment in what happens when strangers step off the grid and into something real.

Project Sanctuary is not a club, it is a frequency. Here we reclaim dance floors as sacred ground and conversation as art. Phones stay in pockets. There are no spectators, no performances for the outside world—only the magic of being fully here.

And the schedule is only a foundation.

Every day and every night the island will surprise you. A hidden performance, a sunrise ceremony, a pop-up jam, a secret gathering in the forest—some you may stumble upon alone, others will pull the whole community into one electric heartbeat.

What is Pan?

Pan, the Greek god of the wild, is closely linked to music through his creation of the pan flute (or syrinx), fashioned from reeds that were once the nymph Syrinx.

His music is earthy and instinctive, less refined than Apollo’s but charged with emotion and spontaneity. Heard drifting through forests and fields, his melodies could enchant animals, and even spark dancing.

So in a musical sense, Pan embodies the untamed, primal side of music, a direct channel to nature, feeling, and freedom.

Dee Montero

DJ, Producer & Founder of Futurescope

Dee Montero is a Belfast-born DJ and producer whose global journey spans over two decades in the electronic music scene.

From his early days as resident DJ at Café Mambo in Ibiza to international stages like Burning Man's Robot Heart and Carl Cox's Playground, Dee has shaped a deeply melodic and cinematic sound.

In 2017, his track "Halcyon" was named Pete Tong's Essential Tune of the Year on BBC Radio One.

He's since released on labels like Anjunadeep, Diynamic, and Knee Deep In Sound, and founded his own imprint Futurescope—a creative space for his collaborations with artists such as Patrice Baumel and Fort Romeau.

With recent releases like the "Aquila" EP on Purified Records and "Retina" on Mobilee, Dee continues to evolve his sound.

His upcoming sophomore album, "Stay Fiction", is set to release in May 2025.

Double Touch

Ambient Soundscapes to Melodic House

Double Touch is a live electronic duo collaboration between Sydney/Los Angeles-based Classical Pianist/Composer Van-Anh Nguyen and DJ/Drummer/Producer Mark Olsen.

Despite their distinct individual careers, they blend their two worlds together to form a unique mix of acoustic melodies, percussion, and electronic sounds.

Ranging from ambient soundscapes to Organic, Latin, and Afro House, Double Touch weave their musicianship, virtuosity, and contagious energy into their live performances.

Double Touch are official All Day I Dream Artists with multiple releases and performances at All Day I Dream events globally.

Their shows are a unique blend of a traditional DJ set and live performance, adding live keys and drums, improvising and creating new directions in their music during their live sets.

The synergy and connection between the two results in a unique experience for listeners and concert goers alike.

Eelke Kleijn

DJ, Composer & Founder of DAYS like NIGHTS

The fact that Eelke Kleijn DJs in his socks and produces in a standing position tells you exactly what you need to know about him.

He never feels more at home than when he's behind the decks, and there's no separation between the booth, his studio or the dance floor.

This natural air he brings to all facets of his music is reflected in its organic feel and has helped his creative identity shine in a crowded scene.

Four albums into a well-established yet still rapidly ascending career, Kleijn is an artist very much in his element.

Success has come on his own terms, without compromise or being calculating.

In the grand scheme of things, he's an underground artist, but one who has effortlessly made the jump into the wider world when the time and opportunity felt right.

His remixes for the likes of John Legend, Pendulum, RÜFÜS DU SOL, and James Newton Howard & Jennifer Lawrence are testament to his ability to reach wider audiences without giving up on his core values.

Recent success has also come in the form of 'Transmission', with both the original version and Joris Voorn's remix fully living up to their potential across DJ sets, leading charts, and radio stations.

Jan Blomqvist

Live Vocal Techno Pioneer

Jan Blomqvist stands as more than a DJ; he's a virtuoso musician, singer, and producer, delivering his unique brand of electronic compositions live on stage.

From his early days with grunge, wielding guitars and drums, to adapting to the digital age in Berlin's music scene, Jan evolved into a maestro mastering a new mega-instrument, creating orchestral landscapes at his fingertips.

Navigating through a landscape where live acts were overshadowed by DJs, Jan played a pivotal role in the resurgence of singer-songwriter arrangements, real instruments, and intricate harmonies within techno/electro tracks.

His impact resonates globally, having graced stages at Coachella three times, becoming a Burning Man mainstay, and drawing massive crowds at festivals and club shows with up to 100 concerts per year.

Layla Benitez

DJ and Producer of Afro House and Indie Dance

Layla Benitez may have been in DJ booths since she was barely old enough to walk, but her DJing and production reveal an artist who continues to evolve and grow with every gig and every experience.

Her August 2021 Boiler Room set showcases an 80s synth-influenced sound she describes as ‘indie dance meets dark disco’ — a flickering neon bridge between her New York roots and Miami home.

Meanwhile, her long hours spent in the studio reveal a producer working within a melodic techno sound and a laid-back, heavy, soulful groove that, somehow, fits within the same sonic aesthetic.

It’s not an accident. Layla has honed her understanding of both DJing and production weekly on the very front line, touring the world.

In the last few years her career has been on a constant upward trajectory.

Named 2022 Future Star by DJ Mag, Layla has played to huge crowds at events such as Coachella, EXIT, Afterlife, Circoloco, Loveland, OFF Sonar, EDC, Skyline, Brunch Electronic, Warehouse Project, Tomorrowland, CRSSD, Lightning In A Bottle, Mayan Warrior, Day Zero, Resistance.

She’s also played in iconic venues such as DC10, Pacha, Hï, Koko, Nordstern, De Kromhouthal, Space, Red Rocks, Mute, and Warung.

Layla has released on leading labels such as Crosstown Rebels and All Day I Dream, and started her very own imprint, Sheep At Night.

Franco-American Shibari Artist & Immersive Performer

Marie Sauvage is a Franco-American shibari artist who has redefined this traditionally male-dominated art form through a distinctly feminine and empowering lens.

Trained under Japanese rope master Hajime Kinoko, she brings poetic and sensual intensity to her immersive performances.

Her unique style fuses shibari with visual arts, tantra, and hypnosis, using rope not only as a medium of restraint but as a tool for self-awareness and meditative exploration.

She challenges cultural associations that limit shibari to BDSM, inviting audiences into a more mindful and spiritual experience.

Marie has performed at prestigious venues such as the Palais de Tokyo in Paris and toured in cities like New York and Tokyo.

Her inclusive approach and commitment to shifting perception have made shibari more accessible to a global audience.

About the island

Obonjan is a small island about 6 kilometers off the coast of Šibenik, Croatia, in the Adriatic Sea. It is known for its pine forests, clear waters, and stone beaches.

Obonjan has been inhabited and repurposed many times across centuries. In earlier centuries it was a quiet fishing and farming island for local communities.

In the 1970s, it was developed as a youth scout camp and became known internationally as the "Island of Youth," hosting visitors from across Europe.

After years of dormancy, the island was reimagined in the mid-2010s as a resort destination with a focus on wellness, music, and sustainable tourism.

Today, Obonjan operates seasonally with accommodations, wellness spaces, and activity infrastructure, while preserving much of its natural landscape.

For PAN Croatia 2026, Obonjan will again transform — into a temporary sanctuary shaped by inclusivity with discernment.

History of Project Sanctuary

 

Project Sanctuary is a private members community designed as a living ecosystem — a place for presence, generosity, and connection. It is not simply an events company but a network of experiences, homes, and gatherings that invite members to step into deeper ways of relating.

Project Sanctuary began with the belief that extraordinary people create extraordinary communities. Early gatherings were designed as immersive containers, blending wellness, music, and shared living. The first flagship, Nucleus, launched in Bali in 2025 and established the tone: a sanctuary for connection, where members give as much as they receive.

Project Sanctuary brings people together at flagship gatherings such as PAN and Nucleus. Members are invited to host, attend, and co-create events around the world, supported by a growing digital platform. The community includes access to private homes, curated circles, and a membership structure based on invitation and interview, guided by inclusivity with discernment.

Every detail is grounded in the ethos that we gather not only to celebrate, but to build lasting networks of generosity, trust, and presence.

Getting there

• Step 1: Fly into Split International Airport (SPU) - Book your flights to and from Split, Croatia. This is the gateway to Obonjan Island.
• Step 2: Share your flight details - After securing your ticket to Project Sanctuary, you will submit your flight information to our team. This reserves your spot on our private group transport.
• Step 3: Private ground transfer - When you land, our team will welcome you at Split Airport and bring you by private bus to the port.
• Step 4: Private boat to Obonjan Island - From the port you will board our private boat and cross the Adriatic Sea to Obonjan Island, your home for six unforgettable days.

Yes. Some of our artists have chosen to remain on the island for a day or two, sharing in the Sanctuary spirit beyond their performances. It is essential that every interaction honors the same values of love, respect, and presence that define our community. Any fan-like behavior, harassment, or breach of these values will result in immediate removal.

Yes. A document called The Sanctuary Agreement will be sent in your pre arrival pack and must be acknowledged before attending. It outlines how we care for each other, the island, and the shared space we create together.

Transfers and timing

Group transfers run from Split Airport to the port, then by boat to Obonjan. Return transfers follow the same flow. Private arrangements outside the group schedule are the guest's responsibility.

What to bring

Passport valid for Croatia, swimwear, comfortable shoes, sun protection, reusable water bottle, adapters for European sockets, and essential medications.

Come as you are, but consider arriving with:

Wi Fi and power

Wi Fi hotspots are available across the island. European sockets are standard.

Health and safety

A pre arrival pack will provide safety information including meeting points, staffed hours, swimming guidance, and emergency contacts.

Age policy

PAN Croatia is designed for adults. Any restrictions will be listed at booking.

Payment, changes, and refunds

All ticket sales and contributions are final and non-refundable , under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal schedule, travel issues, or event modifications. By purchasing a ticket, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund clause. This policy is binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Tickets can be exchanged through Ticket Fairy's ticket exchange system.
