Hello dancing tribe! Here we are again, dreaming up a night of music at The Space in Between for us all. 

This one comes with some special touches as we are celebrating several birthdays including Shawni’s 40th. 

DOORS OPEN AT 8 PM and WILL CLOSE FROM 8:45 TO 10 PM FOR THE SOUND MEDITATION so plan ahead with plenty of time to come and get settled if you are joining us early.


9-10p Shawni’s Full Moon Sound Meditation: 

If you are feeling up for a deep sound relaxation, come early to breathe deeply, release tension and connect to your Highest. This is a great time to set the space with intention and ground ourselves into the heart.

Rachel Torro, Dance Spirit, Shawni and Patricio will be bringing the musical journeys to keep you on your feet until the sun comes up.

DANCE SPIRIT

The production duo of Christopher Mohn and Reagan Denius revolutionized themselves into Dance Spirit, a philosophy based on attaining subconscious harmony through rhythm, timbre, melody, and movement. They combine Reagan’s formal music and computer programming training with Chris’s burning passion for dance music and DJing to create a duo of true synergy.

Dance Spirit presents a more refined sound that creates and conveys beautiful emotions utilizing music as their universal language. Their love of heavy layering and deep rolling low ends produce an addictive futuristic minimal techno vibe in their productions and live sets.

RACHEL TORRO

Rachel Torro is a DJ based in San Francisco, California who has spent the last five years making waves on the house music scene with eclectic and uplifting sets whenever she is in the booth. Her foray into electronic music curiously began at 15 when she found herself on a dance floor at a massive rave in Kansas City. Influenced by the likes of David Bowie to obscure German techno, Torro embarked on a journey from her home in the Chicago suburbs and headed out west to Colorado, then later to San Francisco, collecting and mixing music, while immersed in a world of colorful post-adolescent raving.

As a creative selector, Torro tests the boundaries between minimal, deep, and tech house styles, uniquely layering a blend of rich sounds, both playful and sophisticated all the same. She has an innate ability to hold the attention of a dance floor and take it long into the night, whether playing in San Francisco, Berlin or distant desert landscapes. With a growing fan-base hooked on her marathon sets and unfailing warm energy on the decks, Torro is a powerful woman rising in the underground dance music community at large.
