Wynwood Factory is no longer operating or booking events under that name. The original club at 55 NE 24th Street closed on March 17, 2020, when COVID-19 restrictions halted Miami nightlife. The building was subsequently relaunched under the MAD name. Current listings for MAD Club, MAD Live or La Otra refer to successor businesses at the same address, not a reopened Wynwood Factory. Any event advertised today simply as “Wynwood Factory” should therefore be treated as an outdated or incorrectly labeled listing.

During its brief 2018–2020 run, Wynwood Factory concentrated on house, techno, progressive house and underground electronic music. Its recurring Relic Saturday party emphasized Miami DJs and a welcoming, music-first atmosphere. The club also hosted touring artists and crossover concerts, with documented appearances by Sasha and John Digweed, Locos por Juana, ¡MAYDAY!, Red Wanting Blue, Nicole Moudaber, Cristoph and Stacey Pullen.

Its most ambitious programming appeared during Miami Music Week and Art Week. The 2019 Music Week schedule divided different styles among the North, West and East rooms, with events involving Pryda, Luciano, Bedouin, Toolroom, Coldharbour, Mood and Stereo Productions. December 2019’s Heart Festival brought a large electronic lineup led by the Martinez Brothers, Sasha and John Digweed, Damian Lazarus, Bedouin, Artbat, Cassy and numerous international and Miami-based selectors. Halloween programming combined themed installations, performers and multiple dance rooms.

Fifteen sold-out parties scheduled around Miami Music Week 2020 were canceled when the original venue closed. Planned bills included Mindshake with Marco Faraone, DJ Sneak and Victor Calderone; a Stereo Productions anniversary with Chus & Ceballos, Boris and Oscar L; and a Do Not Sit showcase featuring Behrouz, Atish, Culoe De Song, Lost Desert, Luca Bacchetti and Matthias Meyer.

From 2021 onward, programming at the address belongs to the successor venues. MAD and La Otra began with open-format club nights, Latin music, indoor-outdoor dancing and New Year’s Eve events. Subsequent bookings included Audien, Arty, Morgan Page, Cat Dealers, Alan Fitzpatrick, Gareth Emery, Ferry Corsten, Jody Wisternoff and Luttrell. MAD Live expanded the concert-room program in 2024 with artists such as Cosmic Gate, Eelke Kleijn, the Glitch Mob, Paul van Dyk and Sébastien Léger.

The same address continued to present Maddix, Morten, progressive-house anniversary parties and the queer house-and-disco event Midnight Service in 2025. Its 2026 Miami Music Week schedules included Sidepiece, Mersiv, Deadroom, Anjunabeats, Elephante, Valentino Khan, AC Slater and Westend-related programming. These events illustrate the building’s continuing emphasis on electronic music, bass, trance, house and late-night DJ culture, but they should not be credited to Wynwood Factory. No verified Wynwood Factory-branded announcements exist for dates beyond 2026.

Tickets and Booking

There are no legitimate current tickets for Wynwood Factory itself. About Wynwood Factory

Nightlife entrepreneur Louis Puig opened Wynwood Factory in 2018 as a multiroom “factory of music.” Puig had previously founded Club Space and operated Heart Nightclub, and Wynwood Factory carried forward Heart’s emphasis on extended electronic sets, local talent and large Music Week showcases. The business occupied a former industrial warehouse beside the Florida East Coast Railway corridor at 55 NE 24th Street.

Published property and architectural records describe approximately 14,000 to 14,630 square feet. The original design divided the warehouse into three indoor music areas plus an approximately 2,000-square-foot open-air terrace. The North Room was the largest, while the East Room connected with the terrace.
