The template creates them, and the capacity you give at setup sets how many tickets go into each release.

Yes. The template asks if you want tout protection. Turn it on and every ticket carries the attendee name and needs ID at the gate.

Start from the multi-day festival template instead, or change this one afterwards. Nothing the template sets is locked.
