Elton is a Professional Elton John Tribute Act with an uncanny, authentic resemblance (as mentioned on the BBC) in looks and voice to Sir Elton John, one of the most iconic Superstars of all time can perform “The Elton John Experience” (4 piece band feat. Elite Elton)

The Elton John Experience is the only Elton John Tribute Band with some of the finest musicians in the UK performing Live Piano, Live Drums, Live Bass, Live Guitar and Vocals alongside genuine Orchestra, Brass, Percussion Click Tracks.

All bedrooms at the Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth are stylishly decorated and spacious with fantastic facilities available, including a large flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi as well as room service served in the comfort of your bedroom.

Nearby Three Bridges Train Station is only one stop from London Gatwick Airport and just 40 minutes from London Victoria. Alternatively, if you are travelling by car, junction 10 of the M23 can be reached within a short 10 minute drive.

Our contemporary Lytton’s Bar & Brasserie features an extensive food and drinks menu available throughout the day. We also boast a large, secure onsite car park and our reception desk is staffed 24 hours and will kindly help you with any request.

With regards to Covid 19 what happens if we go into local lockdown?

Under our Covid cover you will be entitled to a full refund, this is as long as the booking postcode used for the booking agrees to the Government postcode list of the lockdown areas.In the event of a full National lock down a full refund will be given if the Hotel makes the decision to cancel the event, if the Hotel makes the decision of rescheduling the event, tickets will be exchanged for the new performance.

I have booked a standard bedroom, can I request a Double bedroom ?

When booking a Standard bedroom, this could be a Double or Twin bedroom. Due to limited bedrooms for this event, we will try our best to accommodate your preference however this is not guaranteed. You can leave a comment of your preference in the comments box – we will try our best to accommodate this for you during your stay here with us

I would like to eat at the hotel – what are my options?

We would love for you to dine with us, there are a few options available to you. You can log into your Ticket Fairy account and add a ‘2 course pre show meal in the extras section of the booking, alternatively you can order from our Room service menu throughout the evening, we will be serving festival style food directly to your bedroom.

I want to attend with friend’s/family – how does this work?

Friends and Family can book additional bedrooms “without a view” for their overnight stay, but they can join you to view the performance together in the main Bedroom “with a View” – we will try to allocate the bedrooms as close as possible to your friend’s/families room.
To
add additional bedrooms for your friends and family, once you buy your ticket “with a view” go through to additional extras and you can book the additional beds at that point. Additional bedrooms for your other guests’ overnight stay must be booked at the same time as the main viewing bedroom.

To remain in line with government regulations, groups up to 6 guests only are allowed per bedroom to view the performance

How do I get purchased drinks throughout the show?

All beverages, soft drinks and alcohol can be purchased before/during/ and after the show using our easy Room service menu. Our Room service menu is serving chilled drinks directly to your bedroom. Our Brasserie Bar will also be open for you if you wish to have pre show drinks before the show.

When can I arrive at the hotel for the event?

Check in time is from 2pm on the day, check out is 12pm the next day.

Am I allowed to watch the show in the courtyard area?

No, in line with government regulations you are always permitted to social distance. Therefore, we found an alternative way for you to watch up close and personal from your large, opened bedroom windows. We are also including the added benefit of watching the performance live from the television in your room, so if you need a break from the dancing you don’t have to miss out on any of the show and can tune in from the comfort of your bed!

Where can I smoke?

You can smoke in our designated smoking area located outside the front of our hotel. Smoking is not permitted in your bedrooms or out in the courtyard.

Do you have restrictions in place with COVID?

Yes, face masks must be worn in all public areas, hand sanitiser is located around the hotel along with a clear one-way system. We have also been accredited as AA Covid-19 Confident, meaning we have in place all the necessary risk assessments, safety measures and staff training in line with government guidelines.

How long are the performances?

There will be 2 x 45-minute performances (of your chosen act), with music playing throughout the interval so you can continue to stand at the window enjoying the party!

Where can I park?

We have a large secure onsite car park; this is on your right side as you drive in. Car parking is included – however you must enter your registration plate on arrive at reception.

What time is breakfast served in the hotel?

Breakfast is included in your bedroom rate; it is served between 07:00-09:00am. Our Bar & Brasserie is table service only, so please ensure you remain seated and your server will take your order at the table.

What time is the pre show course meal?

Your Pre show 2 course meal designed by our Executive Chef can be enjoyed in our contemporary Lytton’s Bar & Brasserie between the hours of 4:30-6:30pm, so you are all ready for the show at 7pm.
