PLF’s third annual Halloween Celebration returns, this time at a bigger location!

All ticket purchases will include one (1) entry into our ticket raffle, which will include a prize of TWO (2) tickets to our PLF NYE/Decemberween event at Diversity Richmond, the most immersive New Years Eve party in Richmond. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased with a donation at the event for more chances to win!

Don’t forget to pull out all the stops on that Halloween costume for our contest hosted by Verillas! (www.Verillas.com) The contest will include a junkyard costume fashion show with chances to win tickets to our PLF NYE/Decemberween 2024. More info TBA!

*To get in at the gate, you will need your ID and a printed or mobile phone ticket.

*Park at the Food Lion if there is no space at Powers BMX!

(DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE! Drink responsibly.)

*This is a 21+ event.

*No outside liquids of any kind. (This isn't BYOB. It's against ABC laws.) You can/should bring an empty water bottle/container to fill up. There will be water fountains near the bathrooms and water coolers at the libation stations. Drink it!

*All bags are subject to being checked at the gate.

*No weapons. This includes costume props that could be used as a weapon.

*** No illegal substances.

*** ZERO tolerance for racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism or any form of discrimination. This includes attire with hateful themes.

*Last call will be at 1:30am. All drinks must be finished by 2am, but the party will continue until 4am, and we’ll still have lots of water.

*We value creating safer spaces for more secure celebrations. Consent is the law of the land. ASK FIRST - before hugging, before approaching someone closely who’s wearing a mask, before touching another person or their belongings, etc. Every PLF event has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment. If you are made to feel unsafe by another person in any way, please let anyone at the gate know.
