SOUND & STAGE

Don’t assume “drive-in” means “phoning it in.” We’ll be bringing in professional sound and stage equipment/personnel on par with large scale traditional festivals. Expect a full-sized main stage PA, state of the art lighting, and LED video screens, all of which will ensure an immersive and enjoyable experience. Follow us on Facebook Instagram and Twitter for updates on the event.

COVID-19 Guidelines

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has been declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly through person-to-person contact. We’re implementing a rigorous set of policies to ensure ROLL 'N RAVE is as safe as possible, and we can’t do it without your help. Remember to maintain 6 feet of social distance. Masks must be worn at all times outside of your vehicle. Temperature checks will be conducted for every person coming to the event. This includes artists, staff, and YOU. If you fail the temperature check, you will be asked to leave. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue muscle or body aches DO NOT attend this event. If you have traveled outside of your community in the last 14 days DO NOT attend. These measures will be strictly enforced. ANYONE not following these guidelines will be asked to leave. Please join us in doing your part to help protect everyone in attendance.

What time should I arrive?

In order to ensure the safety of all patrons and staff, we are strongly encouraging all attendees to ARRIVE EARLY. Gates will open at 2:00pm, and every car will be searched prior to entry. While we will work diligently to accommodate everyone the best we can, arriving too close to or after the scheduled show time may delay your entry to the venue and be distracting or even dangerous for others.

What are you doing to keep this a safe and clean event?

Temperature checks of all attendees, artists, and staff will be conducted upon entry of the venue. Attendees will be required to wear masks at all times when outside of their vehicles. All high traffic areas will be cleaned regularly, and sanitation stations will be positioned strategically throughout the venue. We are allowing outside food and non-alcoholic beverages to help limit trips to vendors.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! Beer will be available for purchase during the event.

Will there be food and drink?

There will be a food vendor on site, but to help limit non-essential movement throughout the venue we are encouraging attendees to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Am I allowed to get out of my car?

Yes, with caveats. Our primary goal is to limit contact and interaction amongst everyone on site. Every vehicle will be allotted two parking spaces, with the empty space adjacent to the passenger side. This will provide your crew with a safe space to enjoy the event while still maintaining social distance from your fellow Roll’n Ravers. Barring emergencies, you will only be permitted to leave your space to use the bathroom or purchase beverages from vendors.

Will there be restrooms?

Yes. In addition to UMC Facility Restrooms, we will be providing restrooms along the west edge of the venue. Numerous hand wash stations will also be available. Please wash your hands before and after using the restroom and encourage your crew to do the same.

Do I need to wear a mask?

You are required to wear a mask when you are outside of your vehicle, even within the confines of your social distanced parking space.

I don’t have a car, can I take a rideshare there?

You must drive to the event and arrive with your entire party in one vehicle. No overflow or additional parking is available.

Is there anything I should bring with me?

Yes! Please be sure to bring your ticket along. We also encourage you to bring WATER. While we will be providing a free water station, it is still highly encouraged that we limit trips outside of our parking space.

How will the sound work?

Sound will be setup just like a normal music festival! We’re planning for a full-sized main stage PA with delay towers throughout the event site to ensure total audio coverage. We know it wouldn’t be the same experience without high quality sound you can hear & feel.

What if I need to leave during the show?

If necessary, you will be permitted to leave during the show. Early exit will be permitted up until 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. If you stay until the end of the show, please follow the instructions of all parking attendants and event staff as we are planning a safe and orderly exit.

What if I get sick?

As outlined above, we are undertaking every effort to reduce or eliminate person to person contact within our event, as well as maintain social distancing. If you have any concern about your health or safety, do not come. It is solely your decision whether to attend or not. Roll’n Rave and associated parties assume no risk.
