What makes an embedded ticket checkout worth having?
A checkout that runs inside your own event page, sells without asking buyers to make an account, and tells you plainly the few times it has to hand them over.

Sending a buyer from your own site to somebody else's to pay is where a lot of them stop. The page looks different, the address bar changes at the moment they are deciding to spend money, and on a phone the tab they came from is gone.
An embedded checkout runs the purchase inside your page. A buyer picks tickets, pays by card and gets their confirmation without leaving. They are not asked to make an account: a returning buyer signs in with a code sent to their email, inside the frame, and a new one buys without signing in at all. It works in the in-app browsers that block third-party cookies, which is where a lot of social traffic arrives.
What separates a good embed from a widget is that it is honest about the times it cannot stay on your page. Some payment methods run on their own site and refuse to be framed, so the buyer is sent there and brought back to you afterwards. A few kinds of event cannot be embedded faithfully at all, and those hand over to the full event page rather than showing a checkout that quietly does less. Knowing which of those apply to you before you paste anything is the difference between an embed that works and a surprise.
Cara Ticket Fairy menanganinya
-
Card buyers never leave your page
Selection, payment and confirmation happen in the frame. Your site keeps the visit, and so does whatever your own analytics measures.
-
No account demanded first
A new buyer buys. A returning one signs in with a code sent to their email, without a password and without leaving the frame.
-
It survives blocked cookies
The session travels with the request rather than in a third-party cookie, so an in-app browser that blocks those does not break the purchase.
-
Nothing to set up, and more if you want it
The snippet works from your event's address alone. Create a widget in the dashboard and you also get your own theming, a list of sites allowed to run it, where buyers land afterwards, and attribution per embed.
Cara menyiapkannya
Yang Anda perlukan sebelum mulai
- You're an owner or an admin on the brand. Access on the event alone is not enough to build a widget, because the embed settings belong to the brand.
- You can paste a snippet into your own site, or somebody who can is ready to.
-
Take the snippet from the dashboard
Open your event and choose Embed. Copy what it gives you rather than writing your own: the snippet is built for you and carries the right address for a public site.
-
Paste it where the checkout should appear
Put it in the page itself. Give it room: a frame in a narrow column makes buyers scroll inside a scroll, which is the fastest way to lose a phone buyer.
-
Check your event is one that embeds
Load the page and look. An event with pay-what-you-want pricing, its own legal terms, a hand-built capture form, a hand-built page, bespoke add-on choices, a social or wallet check before tickets unlock, or a ticketing partner of its own will show a hand-off to the full event page instead of a checkout. That is deliberate, and it is better found now than by a buyer.
-
Buy a real ticket on a phone
Go through the whole thing on your live page and pay. Check the confirmation arrives and the ticket is right. An embed tested only in a desktop preview breaks on the traffic that matters.
-
Add your site to the widget if you want wallet payments
One-tap wallet payments show only when the widget knows which sites may run it. Create a widget, list your exact site address on it, and serve the verification file your web person is given. An embed with no site listed sells by card and hides the wallet button.
-
Look again after a site redesign
A theme change can narrow the container the frame sits in, or push it below what a visitor sees. The embed keeps working and stops selling, which is the failure nobody reports.

Fai, the assistant inside your dashboard, can create, read, edit and turn off Event Embeds for a brand, then give you the ready-to-copy snippet. It asks before it creates or changes a widget.

Pertanyaan yang mungkin Anda punya
- What is the best embedded ticket checkout?
- The one that keeps card buyers on your page, does not make them create an account, survives blocked cookies, and says plainly when it has to hand a buyer over rather than quietly doing less.
- Does a buyer have to create an account?
- No. A returning buyer signs in with a code sent to their email inside the frame, and a new one buys without signing in at all.
- Do buyers ever leave my page?
- For card and wallet payments, no. Methods that run on their own site, such as pay-later and bank-transfer options, refuse to be framed: the buyer is sent there and returned to your page afterwards.
- Will it work if the browser blocks cookies?
- Yes. The session travels with the request rather than in a third-party cookie, which is what breaks most embedded checkouts inside an app.
- Can every event be embedded?
- Most can. An event with pay-what-you-want pricing, bespoke legal terms, a hand-built capture form, bespoke add-on choices, a hand-built page, a social or wallet unlock, or its own ticketing partner hands over to the full event page instead, because an embedded version would leave something out.
- Why is the wallet button missing?
- Wallet payments need a widget that lists which sites may run it, and a verification file served from your domain. Until both are in place the embed sells by card and hides the button.
- Do I still get an event page?
- Yes. The embed is in addition to it, so you can sell from both and send links to either.
