Royal Bloodlines: Legends Never Die — Vol. I brings together houses, legends, statements, stars, creatives, filmmakers, community leaders and supporters for a carefully curated journey from cultural education to high-fashion competition and late-night celebration.

This is more than a ball.

It is a gathering built around history, connection, recognition, competition and community.

Guests may experience individual portions of the day or choose an All-Access Pass for the complete Heritage Ball experience.

CULTURAL FOUNDATION

11:00 AM – 1:45 PM

The day begins with intention.

Before the competition and celebration, the Heritage Ball centers the culture in its history, voices and legacy.

11:00 AM — Doors Open

Guests arrive for early check-in, orientation and seating.

11:15 AM — Film Screening

Experience a cinematic presentation exploring the depth, resilience, artistry and cultural impact of the ballroom community.

1:15 PM — Q&A + Talkback

The screening is followed by a moderator-led conversation featuring filmmakers, contributors and cultural voices discussing ballroom history, storytelling and preservation.

THE LINK UP

2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

The afternoon shifts from reflection to connection.

The Link Up is the official daytime social experience bringing together houses, creatives, media, vendors and guests before the evening competition.

Guests connect as vendors activate and the DJ begins setting the tone for the afternoon.

2:30 PM — Open Social + Free Flow

Grand Opening / Legends, Statements & Stars

The night begins with the official opening statement followed by Legends, Statements & Stars and House Roll Call.

The community enters.

The houses are recognized.

The floor comes alive.

6:30 PM — ACT II

Early Categories

Competition begins with early-category action including:

The floor opens and the standard is immediately set.

8:30 PM — ACT III

Honors & Presentations

Competition pauses for a moment of recognition and legacy.
