About Linda 917:
Swedish experimental artist LINDA 917 brings cinematic synth pop and free improvisation together to create emotional and sonically adventurous music that explores electronic pop in an avant-garde context. Across the thirteen tracks of debut album ONLINE, Linda 917 blurs the lines between composition and improvisation with her Brooklyn-based band consisting of Isaac Grossman on piano, Yali Shimoni on drums, and Liam Hastings on double bass. Through sample manipulation and layered production, she transforms the album into a continuous listening experience where songs dissolve into interludes and fragile melodies collide with dissonance, texture, and free improvisation.
