Q: Can I share my Season Pass with a friend or family member if I cannot attend a specific match day?
A: No. The Season Pass is strictly non-transferable. It is issued as a single, unique digital credential permanently linked to the primary account holder. Sharing, splitting, or transferring the pass between multiple individuals is strictly prohibited, and identity verification may be requested at the gate.
Q: Do I need to book individual tickets for separate match days if I hold a Season Pass?
A: No. Your Season Pass automatically covers every single day of the tournament. You do not need to reserve seats or book separate daily tickets. You simply scan your master pass at the gate each day.
Q: Is parking included with the Season Pass?
A: Parking is managed separately by the venue facility, but EU T20 patrons are eligible for a heavily subsidized day pass rate of ā‚¬9 per day (standard price is ā‚¬24) at the designated Parking B (Sport Vlaanderen Hofstade) lot.
