Join us at this Restructured Live panel event for a conversation exploring LA, Served: The Restaurants Shaping The City, bringing together leaders from some of Los Angeles’ most recognized restaurant and hospitality groups.
The panel will feature Tony LaPenna, Partner at The h.wood Group, Craig Susser, Founder and Owner of Craig’s, and Mason Royal, Director of Operations at Max and Helen’s, moderated by Lorena Tomb, Founder and CEO of URBANLIME Real Estate. Together, they will discuss the intersection of restaurants, hospitality, real estate, and placemaking, and what goes into creating successful concepts beyond what guests see when they walk through the door.
The conversation will explore how restaurant groups evaluate locations, what makes a property work for a particular concept, the role of design and surrounding neighborhoods, and how restaurants can influence the identity and value of the areas around them. Panelists will also share their perspectives on site selection, operations, growth, and the broader real estate decisions behind successful restaurant concepts.
Bringing together hospitality owners and operators, developers, investors, architects, designers, brokers, and other industry professionals, the event will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the real estate decisions shaping some of Los Angeles’ most notable dining and hospitality destinations.
Location: Directors Guild of America Theater (DGA), 7920 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90046
