David Guetta and Armin van Buuren to Perform First-Ever B2B Set
David Guetta and Armin van Buuren, two of the world’s leading DJs, have combined forces for the very first time. The two dance music pioneers will perform a collaborative two-hour back-to-back set at Ushuaïa Ibiza on July 11.
This iconic performance collision is part of David Guetta’s longstanding ‘F*** Me I’m Famous’ Ibiza Residency. Stationed in Ushuaïa Ibiza this summer, ‘F*** Me I’m Famous’ offers a slew of reputed DJs every Monday from June 6 to October 3.
“I wanted to do something special for our big return to Ibiza this year so we’ve decided to have a b2b with Armin at Ushuaïa Ibiza. I’ve always been close to Armin and have a lot of respect for him, both as a friend and as a DJ. We have known each other forever so it feels right to invite him to join in on the celebrations. It’s going to be unique, I’m looking forward to sharing this moment together – and I’m also excited for him to witness such an iconic party!” said Guetta regarding their collaboration.

Infected Mushroom Release New Single ‘A Cookie From Space’ and Announce 25th Anniversary Album
Psytrance duo Infected Mushroom teamed up with rocktronic artist BLiSS for their latest single titled ‘A Cookie From Space’. This lead single is part of their long-awaited album, IM25, which will correspond to their 25th-anniversary celebration.
Set to be released in September 2022, IM25 will feature Hope 6, 311’s Nick Hexum, and Ninet Tayeb, among others. “We haven’t done an album that is as diverse since 2009’s Legend of the Black Shawarma. This is as much of an Infected Mushroom album as it gets,” said Infected Mushroom’s Amit Duvdevani to EDM.com last year in anticipation of their forthcoming album.
Talking about ‘A Cookie From Space’, the duo explained, “The title comes from the lyrics which say, ‘A cookie from space is melting your face.’ Bliss wrote it, and when someone has a mullet from space, you don’t ask for the meaning, you just sit in awe of the inspiration that flows from its wondrous nature.” The 10-minute track is infused with electro/psy sounds, with synths and compelling guitar licks.
