Check the payout for your event
The event has finished, and the promoter's question is when the money reaches the bank. Ticket Fairy shows the figures for your event and marks the point where the money is released to you, so you can answer that yourself. When it arrives depends on how your event takes payment and on anything still holding the payout back.
See what your event has earned, whether the money has been released to you, which account it goes to and when to expect it.

Før du går i gang
- You're an owner or an admin on this event. A promoter sees the figures at the top of Performance but not the payout pages, and you need an owner or an admin login on the brand to open Payouts & balance.
- Your event has finished, or is close to it. The figures are live from the first sale, and the payout itself follows the event.
-
See what the event earned
Open your event and select Performance. Net revenue is what the event has earned after referral rebates, with add-ons and table guest revenue in it and box office cash in a card of its own.
Bemærk: The line under the figure names whichever of those apply to your event. Tickets a buyer is holding in checkout count towards it until they pay or the hold lapses, so it can sit briefly ahead of the money.

Look for the released mark
On an event Ticket Fairy collects the payments for, a tick and Released to bank appear on the Net revenue card once we have sent the money. An event on your own card account is never marked here, and its payouts are on Payouts & balance instead.
Bemærk: Where you have taken an advance, the mark names that amount and reads Released instead. That is the advance, not the whole payout.
-
Check where the money goes
Open the brand, select Details and read Payout Details, which holds the bank account we pay into. An event can use a different account through Use alternative payout details for this event.
Bemærk: Check this before the event rather than after. Correcting the account once a payout is in flight means asking us to recall it.

Eller få det gjort for dig
Fai, the assistant inside your dashboard, reads the same figures back to you, and where you have a connected card account she lists the most recent payouts sent from it, with the date each one was due to land. She has no next payout to give you, and cannot tell you a payout reached your bank: nothing records either. Whether Ticket Fairy has released an event's money is shown on the event itself rather than through her, and releasing it is ours to do.

When the money arrives
On an event Ticket Fairy collects the payments for, payouts are processed 10 to 15 business days after the event finishes. Where you take the card payments on your own account, you are paid on that account's own schedule instead.
Bemærk: The publish review states this for the event in front of you.
Fai can read the event's dates and how it takes payment, which is what the timing rests on.

When should the payout for <EVENT NAME> reach us
What holds a payout back
A postponed event is paid after it takes place, and a cancelled one is held while we refund the buyers for you. Pending refund requests, chargebacks and an event we have classified as high risk each extend the wait.
Bemærk: The publish review lists these against your event. Ask us if none of them applies and the money has not arrived.
Fai reads the event's own state, so she can say whether it is postponed or cancelled and what that does to the payout.

See the balance and what has been paid
On a brand that takes its own card payments, open the brand, select Payments and choose View beside the method for Payouts & balance, which holds the balance and every payout made.
Bemærk: You need an owner or an admin login on the brand to open it. An event Ticket Fairy collects for has no such page, because we pay you for it in the payout above.
Fai reads the payouts made and can break one down into its charges, refunds and fees, which is the answer to a figure you cannot reconcile.

Spørgsmål du måske har
- Why is the amount in my bank not the Net revenue figure?
- Net revenue is what the event earned, not what we send. Refunds taken after it, the card fees on the payments, and anything already advanced to you all come off between the two, and where we pay a brand for several events at once they arrive in one payment. Ask us for the breakdown of a payout you cannot reconcile.
- Can I still refund an order after the money is released?
- No. The Orders page refuses a refund on an event whose money has been remitted, paid in advance or withheld. Releasing the money normally turns the buyer's own refund button off as well, but holding a payout back does not, so on a held event a buyer can still refund themselves while you cannot. Ask us and we will refund the buyer for you.
- What does Current deposit mean?
- It appears where you sell tables that are not paid in full, and it is the deposit part of those bookings rather than their whole price. The figure beside it is what is still owed on them.
- Can a promoter see what the event earned?
- Yes. A promoter sees the figures across the top of Performance, though their page carries only Ticket Sales and Release Breakdown beneath, and no referral rebates card. They cannot open the payout pages on the brand.
- Where do I change the account you pay into?
- On the brand, under Details, in Payout Details. Change it there before the event ends, because a payout already sent to the old account has to be recalled.
