Lo que necesitas antes de empezar
- You're an owner, an admin or on the marketing team for this brand. If you can't open Integrations, ask an owner or an admin to do this part or to give you access.
- You have the complete Google Ads tracking snippet.
-
Copy your Google Ads pixel code
In Google Ads, open the conversion action for a completed ticket sale. Copy both the Google tag and its event snippet, including the send_to value that starts with AW-, and paste them together.
The event snippet identifies the purchase conversion action. A base Google tag on its own can measure visits but cannot assign a ticket sale to that action.
-
Import it in your brand settings
Open Network Conversion Tracking Pixels and select Import Tracking Pixel. Under Paste complete pixel code, paste the full Google Ads snippet, check that the dialog detects Google Ads and the right ID, then select Import Pixel.

Check it appears under Google Ads
Open the Google Ads tab. It shows the imported ID and the events Ticket Fairy reports to Google Ads.
You can import more than one. If you advertise the same event from two Google Ads accounts, you can import both pixels.

Confirm Google Ads receives a sale
Buy a ticket on your own event, or use a test order. Look for the purchase event in Google Ads.
Tracking is working when Google Ads shows the purchase with the completed order value.
O deja que lo hagan por ti
Give Fai the complete snippet from Google Ads, and she can add the pixel after asking you to approve the change. You can also add it in the dashboard.

Preguntas que puedes tener
- How do I add a Google Ads pixel to my event page?
- Open Network Conversion Tracking Pixels and select Import Tracking Pixel. Under Paste complete pixel code, paste the full Google Ads snippet, check that the dialog detects Google Ads and the right ID, then select Import Pixel. The Google Ads pixel then measures every event page for your brand and throughout checkout. You only need to set it up once for the brand.
- Which Google Ads events does Ticket Fairy fire?
- Your Google tag runs gtag('config', 'AW-ID') when it loads. Ticket Fairy sends ViewContent with view_item when someone opens your event, InitiateCheckout with begin_checkout when they start buying, and Purchase when the sale completes. The conversion action receives the order value, currency and transaction ID, while the companion Google Analytics purchase includes the ticket items.
- Can I enter only the pixel ID?
- Use the complete snippet. It includes settings that are missing from the ID alone, such as the conversion action or region. Ticket Fairy uses those settings to report each sale correctly.
- Will my Google Ads pixel fire if buyers check out on my own website?
- Yes. The embedded checkout sends the same events at the same points as the hosted checkout, so Google Ads records a sale on your own site the same way.
