Invite promoters to your collective so they can sell tickets for your events
A promoter waiting on an invitation email that never arrived is not selling tickets yet. You invite your whole street team, promoter group or production crew into one collective, and see at a glance who has joined and who still has to accept.
Send invitations to your promoters, see who has not joined yet, and sort out a wrong email address or an invitation that never arrived, so every promoter can sell tickets for your events.

Antes de empezar
- You are an owner or admin of the collective. A member can see the roster but cannot invite a promoter.
- You have the email address each promoter uses, or will use, for Ticket Fairy.
- Only an owner can invite another owner.

Open the invitation dialog
In Collectives, select your collective, then select Invite member.
Nota: Owners and admins can invite. A member sees the roster but cannot add a promoter.

Enter the address and choose the role
Enter their Email address, choose the Collective role they get, then send the invitation.
Nota: Only an owner can invite another owner. You can change a promoter's role after they join.

Share one link with a whole team instead
Select Private join link to get a link any promoter can use to join as a member.
Nota: Send it to a group chat when several promoters join at once. Every promoter who opens it joins as a member, so send email invitations when you need to give people different roles.

Tell the promoter to open the link in their email
Ask them to open the invitation email and select the link.
Nota: The link names your collective, the role and the address you sent it to, then offers Create your account and join or Sign in to join. Nothing happens until the promoter chooses one, so a link opened by mistake changes nothing.

Check who has not joined yet
On the collective, Waiting to join lists everybody you invited who has not joined, and how long each person has been waiting.
Nota: The panel is hidden once everyone has joined, and a promoter who has joined appears in the member table instead. Select Show more when you have invited more people than the panel lists at once.

Send an invitation again
Select Send again beside their name. The email goes to the same address, and the link already in their inbox keeps working.
Nota: Check the address for a typo before you send again. If it is wrong, select Cancel and invite the correct address, because sending again goes to the same wrong address.

Send the invitation to the address they sign in with
If the promoter reports that the invitation was sent to a different address, select Cancel and invite the address they actually sign in with.
Nota: They can instead select Sign in with the invited address on the page, which names both addresses. A promoter who works with several brands often has an account already, so asking which address they use before you invite them avoids this entirely.

Change your mind about an invitation
Select Cancel and confirm. Their link stops working immediately and they come off the roster.
Nota: Cancelling only affects a promoter who has not joined: if they join in the moment you cancel, Ticket Fairy keeps them and tells you they are now a member. To remove a promoter who has joined, use Remove in the member table, which also ends their access to every event the collective works on.

- What can each collective role do?
- A member gets their own promoter link and sees their own sales. An admin can also manage the roster and the events the collective works on. An owner can do everything, including inviting and removing other owners.
- A promoter says they never received the invitation. What do I check?
- Open Waiting to join and read the address the invitation went to. A typo is the most common cause, and sending it again does not fix one. If the address is right, ask them to check their spam folder, then select Send again.
- Does a promoter need a Ticket Fairy account before I invite them?
- No. The invitation link creates their account as part of joining, so they never have to sign up separately first. An invitation addressed to one promoter creates the account under the address you sent it to. Opening the same link twice is safe.
- I invited a promoter as a member and meant admin. What now?
- Invite the same address again with the role you meant. The newer invitation replaces the earlier one, so only the newest link works and it carries the new role. If they have already joined, change their role in the member table instead.
- A promoter opened their link twice and it says the invitation was already used. Why?
- That message means a different person used it. A promoter who joined and opens their own link again goes straight to the collective. If they are signed in to the wrong account, the page shows which address the invitation went to.
- Does joining give a promoter access to my events straight away?
- They get access to every event and brand where the collective is already deployed with the whole team, and their own promoter link for each. A deployment you set up for chosen promoters does not include a new member until you add them.
